Android Emulator Support on Mac: Where to Get Help and What to Send First
Updated on · The MACOS EMULATOR team
Your Android emulator is stuck, and the guide does not have the answer? MACOS EMULATOR support can be reached through three doors, and the reply is more useful when your first message already holds what it needs. Here is where to write, what to send, and what to know about the conversation.
Before you write: the troubleshooting guide
At the bottom right of the launcher sit three links: “Account · Support · Feedback”. Support opens the guide on the website. It starts with the answers support gives most often, and its Troubleshooting part covers the common failures: a first boot that never finishes, a key asked for again, a sideways screen.
The three doors to support
The chat in your customer area
Sign in to your customer area with your license key or your email address, then, in the “Support chat” card, click “Open the support chat”. The conversation only loads on that click, and your message is sent from your subscription’s address: nothing else to fill in.
Even before you open it, the card says whether support is online or offline. Offline, write anyway: the reply will appear in the same window, and you can close the page in the meantime, the conversation waits for you. It is also the only door with the “Send a report” button.
“Open a ticket”
The button sits at the top of the guide, in your customer area, and under the sign-in form: it is the door for anyone who cannot sign in. The form asks for your email address, an optional Discord handle, your Mac and its memory, then your message, at least 10 characters long.
If a conversation is already open under your address, your message goes into it instead of starting a second one: the chat and the ticket lead to the same thread. Writing through both therefore does not open two requests.
Telegram
“Message us on Telegram”, under the sign-in form, or the Telegram button in your customer area: support answers there too. But the “Send a report” button does not exist on Telegram. As soon as a performance report or logs are needed, the rest goes through the chat in your customer area.
What to send in your first message
Start with your machine: model, chip, memory and macOS version, for example “MacBook Air M2, 16 GB, macOS 15.3”. You find them in the Apple menu, then About This Mac. Without it, support cannot reproduce your issue.
The ticket form asks for it before sending. In the chat, it shows at the top right, next to the screen icon: click it to fill it in or correct it. Then add:
- what you see, in your own words, and the error message copied exactly as it is, if there is one;
- a screenshot of the whole screen, with Shift + Cmd + 3: it often shows at a glance the screen where things get stuck and your settings;
- when it stutters, a performance report: the guide to measuring FPS in an emulator explains how to take it;
- when the game does not launch, your logs: the guide to the emulator’s logs says where to copy them and how to send them in full.
The report and the logs go out through “Send a report”, which turns them into attached files. Do not paste your logs into the message box: an ordinary message stops at 4,000 characters.
Attaching a screenshot or a file
The paperclip, under the messages, attaches a file to the conversation: images, .txt, .log, .json, .csv, .pdf, .zip, and .mp4 or .mov videos. At most 4 MB per file: past that, the site asks you to zip it before sending it again.
What to know about the conversation
- The reply appears in the thread. Support can also send it to you by email, with a link to your ticket’s follow-up page.
- For security, that page asks for the email address that received the link. After 12 hours, it locks the thread: enter your address again to reopen it, it is not a fault. In your customer area, the chat reopens on its own.
- Messages are erased 14 days after they are sent, attachments included. A message marked “Sensitive message · shown only once” is destroyed as soon as it is first displayed: write its content down right away.
Two cases that sort themselves out without support
The launcher asks for your key again after a reinstall? It stays valid, and it is in your customer area, no ticket needed: the license key guide says where to copy it. The very first boot never finishes on an 8 GB Mac? It takes ten to twenty minutes, only once: it is not stuck, let it run without quitting.
Frequently asked questions
How do I contact MACOS EMULATOR support?
Through the chat in your customer area, through “Open a ticket” (at the top of the guide, in the customer area or under the sign-in form), or on Telegram. Only the chat offers “Send a report”.
What should I send to support first?
Your configuration (model, chip, memory and macOS version, in the Apple menu, then About This Mac), what you see in your own words, and a screenshot. Then the performance report when it stutters, and the logs when the game does not launch.
Why is my ticket thread locked?
The ticket follow-up page locks after 12 hours. Enter the email address that received the link again and the thread reopens: it is not a fault.
How long do my messages stay visible?
14 days after they are sent, then they are erased, attachments included. A sensitive message only shows once: write its content down as soon as you read it.
Can I send my report or my logs through Telegram?
No: the “Send a report” button only exists in the chat in your customer area. You can write on Telegram, but the report and the logs go out from the customer area.
